LIMITED 90 DAY WARRANTY
All tuning fork accessories (including cases and striking mallets) are warranted to be free of defects in material workmanship for 90 days. At LETHAN CORPORATIONs option, defective products will be repaired, replaced or substituted with a product of equal or greater value. Second Street, 2nd Floor, Hamilton, OH 45011. LETHAN CORPORATION SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Terms Applicable to Both Warranties
LETHAN CORPORATION will, at its option, either repair or replace, free of charge, any parts found to be defective during the term of the applicable warranty above, or will replace the item with an equivalent product. Such repair or replacement shall be the sole liability of LETHAN CORPORATION, and the sole remedy of the purchaser for breach of warranty. It is natural for stamping / engraving to experience fading of colors and deterioration of materials over time; and such fading and deterioration is not considered to be an indication of a defect.

These warranties apply only to products used for personal, family or household purposes, and do not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care or maintenance. To obtain warranty service, the product must be returned to LETHAN CORPORATION, postage prepaid, at 210 S. Second Street, 2nd Floor, Hamilton, OH 45011.

THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES; AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL LETHAN CORPORATION BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
